Refunds & Rescheduling

Eligibility overview

Refunds apply to paid workshop seats, clinic seats, lab evenings, and mentoring blocks booked with Web Aspen Core. This policy does not cover hardware you purchase from third parties, electricity costs, or pool fees.

Full refund window

Cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the first scheduled session and we refund 100% of fees paid for that booking, including the deposit, minus any non-recoverable bank transfer fees charged by your provider.

Partial refund

Cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session and we refund 50% of fees paid. Cancellations inside 7 days are not refundable except where we cancel the cohort or a documented emergency is accepted at our discretion.

Deposits

Deposits secure a named seat. They follow the same timing rules as full fees once paid. A deposit alone does not create extra non-refundable categories beyond the windows above.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already prepared for a private custom outline, and third-party facility fees when we must rent additional bench space at your request, are non-refundable once ordered with your written approval.

Work already started

If a multi-day workshop has begun and you leave early, unused days are not refunded. Mentoring minutes already delivered are deducted from any discretionary goodwill credit.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a cancellation inside 7 days. The seat fee is forfeited. We may offer a paid reschedule if another cohort has open space.

Rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to seat availability. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of 40,000 KRW. Mentoring blocks can be moved once without fee if notice arrives 48 hours prior.

When we cancel

If Web Aspen Core cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no charge. We are not responsible for travel or lodging you arranged independently.

Refund process and timing

Email info@webaspencore.click with your booking reference and preferred refund method (original payment path when possible). Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank timelines may add several days beyond our transfer date.

Purchased materials

We do not sell GPUs or PSUs. Any personal parts you bring remain yours. Lab consumables included in tuition (worksheets, demo pads used in class) are not separately refundable.
